Citizen seels a different perpetual (with chrono) on strap for $240. It's difficult to get Citizen at more than 25% off I guess.
The key is whether or not you like the looks. It's glittery and has a bit of bling. Time is readable but the hands a re a bit covered by the shiny silver parts (flashy). Your call. Movement (perpetual) works really well. Eco-drive is great. Bracelet very nice and ion coated so should last. Unfortunately, the face is mineral crystal, not sapphire (scratches anyone?).
A sharp, if possibly overdone, watch. Depends on your taste. Very nice for those in their 20s as a date watch. (Could get a bit tiring to look at as it's a bit busy.)
